### How does Foresite respect my visitors' privacy?

It's built to tell you how your site is used, not who uses it. No cookies, nothing stored on visitors' devices, no IP addresses kept, and no way to follow anyone from one day to the next or from site to site. We're your processor, and we never use your visitors' data for ourselves.

### Do I need a cookie banner?

Foresite sets no cookies and stores nothing on your visitors' devices, so in the US and Canada analytics like it doesn't call for one, and in the UK a privacy notice with an opt-out is usually enough. In the EU it depends on the country: France exempts audience measurement that meets strict conditions, and other regulators read the rules more strictly.
