What counts as an event?
Every pageview and every custom event (like a signup or purchase) is one event. Bots and spam traffic we filter out never count.
How does my price change?
Automatically, with your traffic. At the start of each month we count your events from the month before, and your next bill is the price for that amount. A busy month raises your next bill; a quiet one lowers it. You never pick or switch plans, we email you whenever your price changes, and we never stop collecting your stats.
Do I need a cookie banner?
No. Foresite sets no cookies and stores nothing on your visitors' devices. We never store IP addresses or anything that could identify a visitor.
What happens when my trial ends?
Subscribe and keep going. Your first payment is the price for your traffic so far. If you don't, we stop collecting stats. Your dashboard stays viewable for 30 days, then your data is deleted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in one click. Your dashboard stays viewable for 30 days after your subscription ends, then all your data is permanently deleted. Export it first if you want to keep it.
Do you handle sales tax and VAT?
Yes. Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller, which calculates and collects the right tax for your country and issues proper invoices.
I run an agency. Can my clients see their stats?
Yes. Send them a branded share link (no login needed), or schedule a weekly or monthly email report straight to their inbox.
Do you offer refunds?
