Foresite Refund Policy

If you're not happy with Foresite, ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment and we'll refund that payment in full. No questions asked, no conditions.

This applies to every payment, including monthly renewals.

How to ask

Email support@foresite.dev from your account email address, or request it through Paddle using the link on your receipt. Paddle, our reseller, processes all payments and refunds.

The money goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

Cancelling

A refund doesn't cancel your subscription by itself. To stop future payments, cancel from your dashboard. It takes one click, and you won't be charged again.

If you've deleted your account, you can still ask for a refund within 14 days of your last payment by emailing support@foresite.dev.

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the law where you live.
